How can i find a car with you?

The process is simple and straightforward: just fill out the form with the car you’re looking for, and we’ll reach out to confirm the details and send you an agreement to begin the search. From there, we’ll provide you with 3–5 carefully selected options, complete with photos, videos, and a detailed condition report. Once you’ve reviewed and approved your choice, we’ll move forward with the next steps.

Our service is designed to be completely hassle-free, saving you time and effort while giving you total peace of mind.

How long will the process take?

The timeframe of the process starts after the agreement, and will take 15 Days ± Unless anything happens in the middle.

What is the inspection process of a used car?

Once we narrow down the best 3–5 options available in the market, the car will go through three stages of inspection:

  1. Initial Inspection by Our Team – A detailed report covering the car’s interior, exterior, and mechanical condition. along with photos & videos.

  2. Comprehensive 3rd-Party Inspection – Conducted by an authorized inspection center in Dubai, after you confirm your preferred option from Stage 1.

  3. Final RTA Inspection – Completed during the official registration process with the RTA.

What is required from the buyer (me)?

The buyer is required to sign the agreement before the search begins, which includes a simple service fee to initiate the process.

What other services do you provide?

We also offer a range of additional services to ensure a completely stress-free experience, including:

  • Insurance assistance.

  • Banking and financial process support.

  • Car detailing and window tinting.

  • Tyre replacement, along with minor or major servicing as needed.

  • Convenient car delivery.

Do you do the testing and registration?

Payment & Refund Policy.

  1. The Client shall pay the agreed Service Fee in full before the search begins.

  2. Any additional services agreed later will be charged separately.

  3. The Client is entitled to a full refund only if no vehicle options are presented, or fewer than two (2) options are provided.

  4. If we provide the agreed options, but the Client rejects them, changes their mind, purchases elsewhere, or if financing is rejected by the bank, only a partial refund of the Service Fee applies, as specified in the Agreement.
